Play Pool With Fun 'Monster' Bumpers As You Join Sulley For Wild And Wacky And Wacky Game Play!

Collect all 3 Monsters, Inc. Games to Unlock a Secret 4th Game!

Disney/Pixar's Monsters, Inc.: Eight Ball Chaos is one of four related "Wreck Room Arcade" PC titles based on the Monsters, Inc. movie released in late summer 2001. Each involves a different recreational activity (bowling, pinball, and tag are the others) with a free fifth game unlocked with the purchase of three. As the title suggests, this edition is about pool and features characters from the film.

Eight Ball Chaos is a single- or two-player game of typical billiards, if you're a monster. Every pocket is color-coded green or red to match the green and red billiard balls on the table, which must be knocked into the corresponding pockets. As in real pool, scratching or hitting the eight ball into a pocket too early loses the game. In later levels, bumpers, spinners, transporters, and various obstacles are added to make gameplay more difficult, as well as the introduction of both green and red pockets on both sides, making it easier to knock a ball into the wrong pocket.

There are two levels of difficulty, scary (easier) and horrifying (harder), and in two-player action, players take turns with each shot. Colors are assigned based on the first person to hit a ball correctly into the right pocket, but both players must knock the 8-ball into any pocket to end the game after clearing the table of their assigned color balls. Billiard balls can be supercharged when they travel longer distances, thus making them faster. Ever wonder what those monsters under the bed do in their spare time? Now you know.
